1. About AxisPay

AxisPay (“we,” “our,” “us”) is an agency that connects verified payment account owners with vetted, high-volume brands. We manage the compliance, monitoring, and payouts. AxisPay does not sell accounts; account owners remain in full control of their accounts at all times.

2. Eligibility

To use AxisPay services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region).

• Be the legitimate owner of the payment processor account submitted.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information for verification.

• Not use AxisPay for illegal, fraudulent, or high-risk activities.

3. Services Provided

AxisPay provides:

• Account eligibility checks and compliance reviews.

• Matching of verified accounts with pre-screened, high-volume brands.

• Dispute and chargeback monitoring.

• Transparent revenue sharing and payouts.

AxisPay does not guarantee specific earnings. Income depends on account eligibility, processing history, and matched volume.

4. Account Owner Responsibilities

By partnering with AxisPay, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.

• Maintain account compliance with your payment processor’s rules.

• Notify us immediately if your account status changes or is restricted.

• Not use AxisPay to bypass compliance or engage in prohibited industries.

5. Payouts

• Account owners receive a fixed 10% revenue share of all processed volume.

• Payouts are made on a regular schedule (weekly or monthly, depending on the processor).

• AxisPay is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or banking institutions.

6. Compliance & Risk

• All accounts must pass KYC/KYB and compliance checks.

• AxisPay may suspend or terminate a partnership if risk thresholds are exceeded (e.g., excessive disputes, high refund ratios).

• Accounts found to be fraudulent or misrepresented will be immediately disqualified.

7. Limitation of Liability

AxisPay is not liable for:

• Income fluctuations or lost earnings.

• Processor-imposed reserves, holds, or freezes.

• Termination or restrictions by Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Square, or Airwallex.

You use AxisPay services at your own risk, subject to these terms.

8. Termination

AxisPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partnership at any time if:

• The account fails compliance checks.

• Fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity is detected.

• There is a breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

AxisPay may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of AxisPay services after changes indicates your acceptance.
